Player of the Week - 2/14/21

Sunday February 14th

With just 3 weeks remaining in the NEHL regular season, things are heating up! This weeks “Player of the Week” comes from the 2008 Greater Boston All-Stars! Factoring in on 4 of his teams 5 goals, Adam Kornbeau was a force to be reckoned with. Head Coach Conal Barbuto said, “Adam had a terrific game both on the scoresheet + doing the little things, which don't show up on the scoresheet.  Adam was the key catalyst in our 5-2 hard fought win over a stingy North Shore team.  He netted 2 goals + 2 assists.  He played a solid 200 foot game, with great work along the wall in the D zone, and challenging every pass in the neutral zone.  Adam has always been a great offensive player; it's the development of his defensive + neutral zone games that has stood out this season, and reflected very well for our team on Sunday.”

 Excellent work Adam!
